Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with team members and freelancers to execute creative projects to a high standard.
• Provide creative guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and collaborators.
• Create and oversee high-level design work across brand identities, campaigns, digital marketing assets, retail collateral, packaging, and advertising.
• Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency across projects.
• Present and articulate design decisions confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the studio.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Experience leading projects, providing creative direction and mentoring or managing junior designers.
• Ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback to team members and freelancers.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing interactions.

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Figma
• Motion design skills are highly regarded.
• Basic web design knowledge is a plus.
