We are hiring for a client, a premium wellness and fitness brand based in Abu Dhabi. The company is known for its high-quality studio experience, strong community, and focus on Reformer Pilates, yoga, strength training, and holistic wellness.
The business is entering a growth phase and is now looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer to take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing across social media, paid ads, email marketing, CRM, content planning, and reporting.
About the Role
This is a practical, execution-focused marketing role for someone who can move fast, manage campaigns independently, and turn ideas into clear, engaging content.
You will work closely with a dedicated Video Producer and take the lead on campaign planning, content direction, creative briefs, and channel distribution. The role combines creative thinking, hands-on content support, performance marketing, and CRM execution.
You will report directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for launches, offers, workshops, events, community activations, and brand initiatives.
- Develop content plans across organic social, paid ads, newsletters, CRM campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Brief the Video Producer on campaign concepts, content requirements, creative direction, and deadlines.
- Manage organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Create and adapt simple marketing assets using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools for social media, paid ads, newsletters, and campaign materials.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to support bookings, package sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Create newsletters, manage email campaigns, support automated flows, segment audiences, and contribute to client retention initiatives.
- Use the existing marketing tools and systems to track performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the promotion of events, workshops, brand collaborations, and community initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial priorities and growth targets.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2C environment.
- Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Experience managing social media channels.
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads.
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, CRM systems, and AI marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Interest in wellness, boutique fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, or community-driven brands is a plus.
