About the role
The legal industry is going through a structural shift. Law firms are discovering they can build world-class teams without the overhead, and we're the company making that happen.
We connect law firms with skilled offshore legal talent. It's a market that's been underserved for years, and we've built something that works. Now we're looking for the person to own how we grow.
The CMO at RLS leads a team of 8 across growth marketing and creative. You'll set the strategy, own the pipeline outcomes, and build a marketing function that runs on its own. This isn't a role you grow into — it's one you take over and make yours.
What you'll do
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Google and Meta: building and optimizing the funnels that drive law firms into our pipeline
- Lead the growth marketing team day to day, covering paid media, SEO, and performance marketing
- Lead the creative team: design, video, and content production, directing output and maintaining quality standards
- Define the brand's creative direction and hold your team accountable to executing it
- Set strategy across both functions and be held directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Manage budget across channels, make allocation calls, and cut what isn't working
What we're looking for
- Proven experience building and scaling paid acquisition in B2B or professional services
- A track record leading real marketing teams, not just agencies or freelancers
- The ability to operate across both performance and creative: comfortable reviewing a dashboard and giving feedback on a video edit in the same afternoon
- Strong creative instincts: you don't need to do the work yourself, but you know what good looks like and can articulate why
- Experience with longer sales cycles and niche audiences; you optimize for lead quality, not just volume
- Someone who moves fast, makes decisions independently, and doesn't need consensus to act

- The marketing function runs independently and doesn't require founders in the weeds
