We are excited to announce a Project Engineer career opportunity at R8 Technologies. The position is open for applicants in Germany and is a fully remote role. We seek a driven specialist with exceptional communication skills (both in English and in German) and experience in HVAC or Energy Efficiency Engineering.
As a Project Engineer, you will be in charge of AI-powered software integration into real estate portfolios around the globe. The R8 Digital Operator Jenny is a sophisticated data-driven AI solution enabling real estate properties to rapidly decrease energy consumption and CO2 emissions. In addition, your contribution as the Project Engineer will have an immediate and long-term impact on climate change mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate BMS data into the R8 Digital Operator and deliver results to customers.
- Analyze HVAC systems and controls performance
- Onboard new clients and retain existing ones
- Support customers and partners technically via email, calls, and site visits
- Provide product feedback and test new features across R8 solutions.
- Support sales with technical expertise.

In order to succeed You must have…
- Mid- to Senior-level experience in HVAC, Energy Efficiency, or Building Automation;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision;
- Fluent in English and German.
