- Business Analyst experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and Digital Payments.
- Hands-on experience with Zelle, A2A Transfers, Bill Pay, RTP, and FedNow.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.

- Serve as SME for Money Movement products including Zelle, A2A Transfers, Bill Pay, RTP, and FedNow.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, development, and integration teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development strategies.
- Support testing, implementation, and production deployments.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives.
