About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join Design Shifu and lead end-to-end hiring across our growing team who is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in managing high-volume hiring while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Candidates with previous experience hiring for creative agencies, design subscription companies, or fast-paced service businesses will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions including design, operations, technology, marketing, customer success, and business roles — covering sourcing, screening, initial interviews, and coordinating the complete hiring process
- Develop sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across all departments through LinkedIn, job boards, portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble), and relevant professional communities
- Coordinate assessments, portfolio reviews (where applicable), interviews, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams across all departments to support hiring needs and recruitment planning
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, reports, and hiring documentation
- Manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and speed in execution
- Support offer processes, candidate follow-ups, onboarding coordination, and hiring operations
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring across a variety of functions — including but not limited to creative, design, operations, technology, and business roles
- Prior experience working in creative agencies, design subscription companies, or fast-paced service-based businesses is highly preferred
- Familiarity with design roles such as UI/UX, Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Product Design is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Glints, and other sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to move quickly and manage high-volume hiring efficiently
