Overview
We are seeking a Network Engineer to support and enhance a global network infrastructure spanning data centers, colocation facilities, and cloud environments. This individual will play a key role in maintaining network reliability, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting infrastructure initiatives, and driving automation efforts across a highly available production environment.
This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone who enjoys both project-based work and operational support. The team is looking for an individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting critical business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
- Support Arista-based switching environments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, routing, and performance issues
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for network operations
- Support hybrid cloud networking initiatives across on-prem and AWS environments
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting enterprise network environments
- Hands-on experience with Arista networking technologies and EOS
- Experience with multicast routing
- Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
- Experience with Python and/or Bash scripting
- Proven troubleshooting experience within production environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetBox
- AWS networking experience
- Experience with CloudVision
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Experience supporting financial services, trading, or other latency-sensitive environments
