Job Summary:

This position will play a key role in supporting quality systems, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, supplier quality programs, and customer requirements across OEM operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aerospace quality systems, audits, root cause analysis, and manufacturing quality engineering while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
● Minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
● Experience supporting Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance programs
● Strong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, CAPA, and continuous improvement
● Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
● Experience supporting audits, inspections, and quality investigations

● NADCAP audit support experience
● AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) experience
● APQP and PPAP experience

● MRB and non-conforming material disposition experience
● NDT Level II or III certification
● Lean Six Sigma certification
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
● Support and maintain AS9100-compliant quality systems
● Participate in internal, supplier, customer, and regulatory audits
● Investigate quality concerns and non-conformances through structured corrective action processes
● Develop and maintain AS9102 First Article Inspection documentation
● Support APQP, PPAP, calibration, and quality planning activities
● Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
