Job Description
We’re hiring hands-on Data Center / Fiber Technicians to support a large-scale GPU deployment. Looking for someone strong in fiber cabling who can work independently and support junior techs on-site. Must be open to working On-Site in Mackenzie, BC (relocation support available)
Responsibilities
- Install and route single-mode fiber (MPO/MTP) across GPU, management, and storage networks
- Perform cable routing, labeling, dressing, and pre-bundling
- Work in overhead trays and structured pathways per design standards
- Support QA checks, connectivity validation, and handoffs
- Guide junior technicians while remaining hands-on with installs
- Maintain awareness of cooling infrastructure and site safety protocols

Requirements
- 3–7 years in data center cabling or fiber installation
- Strong experience with SMF, MPO/MTP, rack & stack
- Ability to read LLDs, rack elevations, and port maps
- Experience working in a live data center environment
- Knowledge of ESD and safety standards
- Valid passport and ability to work on-site in Mackenzie, BC
