About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on multiple complex WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing development tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating closely with our internal team to optimize website performance and functionality. You will play a crucial role in translating design mockups into fully functional WordPress sites, extending existing themes and plugins, and ensuring seamless user experiences across our digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with WordPress development, including creating and customizing themes and plugins.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (React and/or jQuery), HTML, and Sass.
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and managing complex plugin ecosystems.
• Excellent debugging skills and familiarity with Git-based version control workflows.
