Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with deep experience in Oracle ecosystems to support and optimize integrations between HCM/Payroll and ERP platforms. This role will focus on analyzing business requirements, designing data flows, and ensuring seamless system interoperability across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements
- Analyze and map end-to-end data flows between HCM, Payroll, and ERP systems
- Design, document, and optimize integrations across Oracle platforms (e.g., HCM Cloud, ERP Cloud)
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with integration developers on APIs, middleware, and file-based integrations
- Validate data accuracy, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
- Create and maintain documentation including data models, interface specs, and process flows

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and/or ERP systems
- Proven expertise in integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, FBDI, middleware like OIC)
- Deep understanding of HCM/Payroll processes (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll) and Finance/ERP processes (GL, AP, AR)
- Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and system interfaces
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
