We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Singapore market, helping clients solve complex marketing challenges through strategic digital solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to sell digital marketing services - not just generate leads, but diagnose business needs, build solution-driven proposals, and close high-value engagements.

- Work closely with internal strategists to develop tailored proposals
- Present, negotiate, and close retainers and project engagements
- Manage CRM activities and maintain accurate sales forecasting

MUST-HAVE Requirements
✅ Experience selling digital marketing solutions from a Digital Agency environment
✅ Strong understanding of:
- SEO
- Paid Media
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Marketing Technology / MarTech Solutions
✅ Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation
✅ Experience pitching consultative marketing solutions to senior stakeholders, founders, and marketing leaders
✅ Strong presentation, proposal, and negotiation skills
✅ Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
✅ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
✅ Candidates must have the legal right to work in Malaysia at the time of application
