Senior Unity Developer - Casual Mobile Games

We are an ambitious software studio based in Skopje, North Macedonia, building high-performance mobile games and interactive experiences for the global market. We are looking for a Unity Developer with a passion for casual mobile games, ready to build scalable, high-quality, and engaging digital products. 🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Unity Mastery: Strong expertise in Unity (C#) with a deep understanding of 2D/3D game development workflows, Physics, and Game Loops.
• Casual Game Expertise: Solid experience or strong interest in developing casual, hybrid-casual, or puzzle games. A strong eye for "game juice" (smooth animations, DOTween, particle systems, and satisfying UI interactions).
• Architecture & Clean Code: Strong knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns (Singleton, Factory, State Machine), and clean architecture suited for mobile games. Experience with dependency injection (e.g., Zenject) is a plus.

• Proven Track Record: At least one mobile game successfully launched on Google Play or the App Store, with a clear understanding of mobile optimization (Draw calls, profiling, memory management, and maintaining a stable 60 FPS).
• Ecosystem & SDKs: Experience integrating third-party SDKs critical for casual games, including advertisement networks (AppLovin, IronSource), analytics (GameAnalytics, Adjust), and In-App Purchases (IAP).
• Modern Workflow: Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and maintain high code quality.
• Version Control: Professional experience with Git/Gitflow for collaborative development.
