We are building a commercial platform for life sciences companies that enables pharmaceutical teams to launch, manage, and optimize marketing and commercialization workflows at high speed. Our mission is to accelerate the delivery and adoption of life-saving therapeutics by improving how pharma products are brought to market.

We are backed by leading venture investors and founders from top healthcare and data infrastructure companies, and we’ve partnered with major global pharmaceutical organizations across multiple brands. We are now hiring a Founding Product Manager to help define and scale the core product from the ground up.

About the Role

As the Founding Product Manager, you will own product strategy, execution, and delivery across the core platform. You’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and business goals into scalable product solutions for biopharma commercialization. This is a high-ownership role where you will help define product management from the ground up in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics
• Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship high-impact features quickly
• Run user research and synthesize feedback into product decisions
• Build lightweight systems for experimentation, prioritization, and execution
• Establish scalable product processes as the company grows
• Align technical, commercial, and strategic priorities
• Drive speed, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience owning digital products from concept to launch
• Background in startup or high-growth environments
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous settings
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Track record of shipping products with measurable impact
• High ownership and strong execution bias
• Bonus: SaaS, AI, healthcare, or enterprise software experience
