Payout: $15 - $65/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to work on a contractor basis. This individual will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by designing and animating compelling motion graphics for various digital platforms and AI-driven projects. Their work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate compelling motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms and AI-driven projects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with AI trainers, developers, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling elements.

• Translate complex concepts and data into visually engaging animations and graphics.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality motion graphics that meet client expectations.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, with experience in motion graphics design and animation.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and data visualization techniques.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in design and animation.
