About The Role

The Junior UI/UX Designer at STERRY will play a vital role in shaping user-centered digital experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to support the full lifecycle of design projects, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. Working closely with product leads and development teams, the successful candidate will utilize modern design tools, including AI-assisted platforms, to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships and academic projects
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with wireframing, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design
• Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize new features and improvements
