Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM Analyst role, preferably within the online gaming or digital entertainment industry
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and marketing automation platforms
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Segment customer databases to target specific customer groups with personalized offers and communications
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
- Customer Journey Optimization:
- Map and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints to enhance user experience and satisfaction
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
- Develop and test hypotheses to improve customer retention and reactivation strategies
- Data Integrity & Management:
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CRM systems
- Work closely with the IT and Data teams to enhance data collection processes and integrate new data sources
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and best practices
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Analyze competitor CRM strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement
