Senior Staff Product Manager - AI-Focused Enterprise Products

I'm hiring Staff Product Managers who are already operating in the AI-native way of working. Not experimenting with it - defaulting to it. Agents, evals, frontier models - these are your everyday tools, not your talking points.

You own a squad. That means the strategy, the prioritisation, the specs, the relationship with engineering, and the customer-facing moments. Nobody is handing you a backlog - you're building it.

The squads vary in focus, but the expectation is the same across all of them: you think clearly, write crisply, and ship consistently. You're as comfortable in a customer conversation as you are reviewing a model evaluation. You validate ideas yourself before engineering touches them. You make the call on what gets built and why.

This isn't a role for someone who needs a lot of structure. It's for someone who creates it.

• Several years in product - specifically on technical or enterprise products where the complexity was real
• Meaningful experience building products where AI is the core, not a feature bolted on
• You prototype and validate with AI tooling yourself - you don't outsource that thinking
• You write specs that are precise enough to build from and clear enough for a client to sign off on, and an Engineer to build from
• Comfortable in the data and experimentation layer - you understand how to measure whether something is actually working
• Strong communicator up, down, and sideways - PMs, engineers, data scientists, execs
