Required Experience
- 2 years of proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of test case design and execution.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools such as the JIRA suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Main Task
- Execute manual test cases and document results. Identify defects and ensure software functionality, performance, and usability.
- Responsible for reviewing, analyze, and supporting the team on any incidents with the system on a daily basis
- Responsible for reviewing, and analyzing the service requests on a daily basis, assigning priority, and informing PM for planning purposes with the development team.
- Responsible to create the releases for the OP team about new features launched and ITSM's
- Responsible for testing the bugs/ fixes on production after deployment, after testing inform the reporter to confirm this bug is fixed.
- Report and document software defects, replicate, Test, and track them through resolution.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product functionality, specifications, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the OP team to identify possible bugs by performing exploratory testing to identify potential issues that may not be captured by test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously update and maintain test documentation, including test cases.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the testing process and overall product quality.
- Adhere to established testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
