Data Engineer & Senior Data Analyst (100% Remote – Spain)
Infoser New Technologies is expanding its data team and we are looking for two key profiles to join an international, cloud-driven environment:
👉 Data Engineer (2+ years)
👉 Senior Data Analyst (Power BI Expert – 5+ years)
Both roles are fully remote (Spain-based only) and will contribute to building scalable, data-driven solutions in a modern Azure ecosystem.

You will be part of a digital and analytics initiative focused on enabling data-driven decision making, supporting advanced analytics, and delivering high-quality data products across the organization.
👨 💻 Open Roles & Key Responsibilities
🔹 Data Engineer
- Own end-to-end data workflows (ingestion, storage, modeling, pipelines)
- Design and build scalable data pipelines in Azure
- Work with Databricks, Data Factory, SQL/NoSQL
- Support big data and advanced analytics use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Senior Data Analyst (Power BI)
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build optimized data models (star schema, DAX, performance tuning)
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance, and KPI consistency
- Deliver actionable insights for decision-making

🧠 Required Skills
✅ For Data Engineer
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering
- Strong knowledge of:
- Python / Spark / Scala
- Azure ecosystem
- Databricks & Data Factory
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
- Solid understanding of data architecture & pipelines
- Unix/Linux scripting basics
✅ For Senior Data Analyst
- 5+ years of experience in Data/BI roles
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling)
- Advanced SQL
- Experience with large datasets and enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and business understanding
⭐ Nice to Have (Both Roles)
- Experience with Azure data services (Synapse, Azure SQL)
- Knowledge of ETL & data warehousing concepts
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with ML concepts (for Data Engineer)
- Experience in international teams
