Network Engineering Manager (100% Remote - USA)

I'm currently partnering with a rapidly growing fiber internet provider seeking an experienced Network Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented network professionals while remaining hands-on with cutting-edge service provider technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical leadership with network architecture, operational excellence, and team development.

Key requirements:

• 5+ years of network engineering experience within a service provider environment

• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, VRRP/ERPS, and DHCP
• Experience with Juniper MX/QFX platforms
• Experience with Nokia 7750 Service Routers and Lightspan GPON/NG-PON solutions
• Knowledge of network monitoring platforms and automation tools such as Python and Ansible

In this role, you'll:

• Lead and mentor a team of Network Engineers
• Drive network scalability, performance, and reliability initiatives
• Collaborate across NOC, Operations, OSS/BSS, and Field teams
• Champion automation and operational improvements
• Manage projects, priorities, and engineering execution aligned with business growth
