We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment operations. The selected candidate will relocate to the UAE to support the hiring initiatives of our sister entity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, developing effective hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring alignment between recruitment objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levels.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and coordinate the overall selection process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and workforce planning.
- Experience in international hiring, cross-border recruitment, or relocation hiring is highly desirable.
