Founding Full-Stack Engineer

I'm working with a seed stage fintech startup that's autonomously replacing a traditional professional service using AI. I can't say much more than that publicly, but here's what I can tell you:

The founding team has done this before. We're talking $100M+ raised and 600+ employees at their last company. They're back, building something bigger, and they're five people in with early customers and a working product.

They're looking for one exceptional full-stack engineer to join as a founding team member.

What the role looks like: you're shipping daily in Typescript/NextJS, building agents that interact with customers autonomously, integrating financial data providers, and making a lot of decisions fast. This is not a role for someone who needs structure handed to them.

What they're looking for: someone who is genuinely exceptional at building products end to end, deeply interested in what LLMs can actually do right now, and has a bias for action over process. Years of experience don't matter. Competence does.

The comp is serious: $250-300k salary, 0.5-2% fully diluted equity, health benefits, and visa sponsorship for the right person anywhere in the world.
