Trade Support Analyst

OCR are partnered with a leading systematic hedge fund that is currently in growth mode and looking to make the next addition to their Trade Support team in Amsterdam. As a Trade Support Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of trading operations, automation and systems improvement. The role will involve taking ownership of critical trade support workflows across asset classes including cash equities, options and futures, while also helping to improve the scalability, efficiency and resilience of operational processes.

The successful candidate will support the full trade lifecycle across equities and derivatives, including trade processing, reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, confirmations, exchange workflows and trade booking. You will work closely with traders, developers, exchanges, brokers and counterparties to strengthen controls, monitor risk and improve operational workflows.

A key focus will be automation and process improvement, using Python and SQL to build tools, scripts and dashboards, reduce manual processes and support the development of next-generation operational tooling, including AI-driven workflows.
