WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


As a Digital Account Manager, you will act as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their growth objectives through tailored digital marketing solutions across SEO, and Google Ads. This is a client-facing role that goes beyond reporting, requiring you to build strong relationships with business owners and marketing stakeholders, lead meaningful conversations around strategy, performance, ROI, and budgets, and become a trusted extension of their team. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Working closely with internal specialists, you will coordinate resources, manage workflows, provide strategic direction, and ensure all activity aligns with client goals. The role also involves growing and retaining client accounts, identifying opportunities to expand services, minimising churn, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of agency processes and ways of working. Success in this position requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results that drive long-term client growth.


WE NEED YOU TO HAVE..


  • Experience in a Digital Account Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Client Services, or similar agency-side role
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and building long-term stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly SEO, Google Ads, and broader performance marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client strategy discussions and confidently present recommendations to stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with business owners and senior decision makers
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their business goals
