CCRIPT Agency is looking for a highly capable Software Engineer who can build and manage scalable full-stack systems while confidently handling direct client communication, technical discussions, and end-to-end product ownership.

This is a performance-driven role for engineers who understand architecture, product thinking, clean engineering practices, and real-world production systems, not just coding. Expert-level fluent spoken English communication is an absolute non-negotiable requirement for this role.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong JavaScript and Python skills

• Experience building AI-powered products and integrations

• Comfortable speaking directly with international clients on a daily basis

• Ability to own features and products from idea to deployment

• Ambition to grow into technical leadership roles over time
