About the Role

Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.

2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.

3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.


Requirements

1. Fluency in any of the required languages and English.

2. Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

3. Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.

4. Willingness to relocate abroad.
