What you'll do

• Source, screen, and pipeline top technical talent for IT roles across quant, physical AI, and backend engineering
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: Boolean search, outreach, candidate qualification, interview coordination
• Work directly with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver
• Represent Folks.Rocks at European industry events and conferences
• Contribute to building sourcing playbooks and candidate pipelines

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Strong English — written and spoken, client-facing level
• Hustle mentality — you own your desk and your results, no hand-holding
• Coachable — we care more about who you are and how you think than your CV
• Must be based in Valencia or genuinely willing to relocate — this is an on-site role, no exceptions
• IT recruiting background is a plus but not the priority — drive and character matter more
