Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM Operations Engineer (L3) to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in CyberArk PAM solutions, operational support, onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support CyberArk PAM infrastructure and day-to-day operations.

• Administer and maintain core CyberArk PAS components, including: Vault, CPM (Central Policy Manager), PSM (Privileged Session Manager), PSMP, CP, CCP
• Perform CyberArk component upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Execute Disaster Recovery (DR) failover and failback procedures.
• Onboard privileged accounts across: Windows platforms, SSH/Unix environments, Databases, Web applications
• Troubleshoot issues related to existing custom connectors and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable PAM operations.
• Support operational documentation, process improvements, and compliance activities.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM administration and operations.
• Strong expertise in CyberArk Core PAS solutions and architecture.
• Experience working with: Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, CP, CCP
• CyberArk Sentry or CDE certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with: Component version upgrades, DR failover and failback activities, Account onboarding across multiple platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to CyberArk integrations and custom connectors.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
