Our client is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of employee benefits programmes across the organisation. This is a high visibility role with responsibility for benefits strategy, compliance, vendor management and employee engagement within a complex multi site environment.

As the Benefits Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing employee benefits programmes for a workforce of 2000+ employees across multiple locations

• Leading compliance activity across benefits legislation and governance requirements

• Overseeing open enrolment, onboarding and benefits administration processes

• Managing relationships with external providers, brokers and third party partners

• Supporting continuous improvement across benefits processes and employee experience

As the Benefits Manager you will bring:

• Proven experience managing benefits programmes for employee populations of 2000+ employees in a multi-site and multi-state environment

• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory frameworks

• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
