• Managing relationships with external providers, brokers and third party partners

• Supporting continuous improvement across benefits processes and employee experience


As the Benefits Manager you will bring:

• Proven experience managing benefits programmes for employee populations of 2000+ employees in a multi-site and multi-state environment

• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory frameworks

• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
