We are looking for an experienced Workday Tester to join our client's team and support the quality assurance and validation of Workday applications and integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, functionality, and performance of various Workday modules through functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Workday solutions and support successful project implementations and enhancements.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Workday applications and integrations.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
- Validate Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Financials.
- Execute manual and automated testing activities based on project requirements.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, and business users during SIT and UAT phases.
- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality assurance recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, QA methodologies, and best practices.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing with strong exposure to Workday applications.
- Hands-on experience testing Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, or Financials.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience in integration testing involving Workday APIs, EIBs, Studio, or third-party systems.
- Familiarity with testing and defect management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Workday certification and automation testing experience are an advantage.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
