General Information

Provides functional support for the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and global HR systems with a focus on HR data auditing and troubleshooting. Responsible for routine data quality audits, system integration troubleshooting and issues resolution and escalation. Ad-hoc reporting, mass update, design and setup of system, maintenance, data compliance audits, user issue resolution, analyzing and validating HR data.

Key Accountabilities

  • Data Analysis - leverage and maintain Power BI dashboards, PL/SQL?based datasets, and Excel Oracle PL/SQL connections to support data analysis, auditing and reporting needs.
  • Clean, model, and analyze HR data using PL/SQL, DAX, and automation tools to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Leverage and support data pipelines using PL/SQL, Power Automate, Automic, and related tools to streamline reporting and improve efficiency.
  • Data Fixes/Updates - analyzes data fix request to determine how to correct information in source system within defined SLA.
  • General Support - assists with general user support including process and system questions, coaching/training on how to use the system, and user errors. Analyzes request and provides accurate responses within the defined team SLA.
  • Audits - analyzes data audits from the system to determine how to resolve the issue. Takes action to resolve the data audit in a timely manner.
  • Interfaces supports daily interface audit logs and escalates and/or resolves issue within SLA.
  • Stakeholder Management - works to understand customer needs and meet SLAs

Experiences Desired

1-3 yrs experience in maintaining HR/Payroll systems in a corporate environment

1-3 years experience in maintaining an integrated HRMS application supporting multi-state or international locations

1-3 years management reporting on a relational database

Participation on system implementations or upgrades

1-2 years working in a HR/IT call center or help desk

Essential Skills

  • Good communication, oral and written
  • Organization allowing for multi-tasking and autonomy
  • Familiar with typical office software including MS Excel or Google sheets
