You'll own the web. Ship fast. Make real decisions. No 5-layer approval chains.
📍 What you'll do
- Build & maintain softorino.com + new product websites
- Boost site performance & Core Web Vitals
- Refactor legacy code (yes, there's some — you'll plan the cleanup)
- Ship new features for marketing & growth
- Work across frontend & backend (SvelteKit, Node.js, PHP)
- Contribute to other web projects across the company
📍 You're a fit if you have
- 2+ years as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role)
- Strong TypeScript & Vanilla JS skills
- SvelteKit experience (or eager to learn — we'll help)
- Node.js for backend development
- PHP experience
- Hands-on with MySQL, PostgreSQL & Redis
- REST API design & integration
- Tailwind CSS
- Docker & docker-compose
- Solid grasp of web rendering & frontend performance
- Clean architecture mindset & attention to detail
- Good communication skills
