Job Description
Braun Management helps leadership teams identify the underlying structural friction that slows down their organizations. We look for the technical and operational reasons why decisions stall and where reporting lines no longer reflect the reality of daily work. This Graduate Frontend Developer position supports our work by building the software interfaces that make these complex organizational patterns visible for our clients.
About Braun Management
Our firm specializes in the practicalities of management across German speaking Europe. We deal with the difficult realities of organizational design, such as restructuring departments that have lost their way or clarifying who has the right to make a final call when committees are stuck. Our approach is direct and evidence based. We help executives move away from vague strategies and toward concrete trade offs that improve performance. While the problems we solve are often complex, we strive for simplicity in our recommendations and the digital tools we provide to support them.
The Role
We are hiring for a Graduate Frontend Developer to join our technical team in this permanent, full time position. Braun Management is a United States based firm, but we are currently active with several industrial projects in Northern Europe. This includes a major initiative to map operational bottlenecks for a manufacturing partner with distributed facilities in Estonia. This role is a fully remote position with a full time workload, contributing to the creation of internal analytical tools used by our consultants and their clients. You will work on web based dashboards that turn raw organizational data into clear and actionable views of a company structure.
What You Will Be Doing
- Developing new user facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Translating wireframes and requirements into functional web components.
- Collaborating with our consulting team to understand the data structures behind organizational charts.
- Maintaining and improving existing internal tools to ensure they remain accessible and fast.
- Testing new features across various browsers to ensure consistency for corporate users.
- Assisting in the documentation of frontend processes and site architecture.
- Joining weekly remote synchronization meetings to discuss progress and technical hurdles.
- Improving the usability of data visualizations based on feedback from our consulting partners.
- Learning to integrate frontend components with our existing data analysis backend.

Our team values clarity, intellectual honesty, and the weight of evidence. As a remote organization, we avoid unnecessary meetings and instead focus on precise writing and thoughtful execution. We believe that good management depends on seeing things as they actually are, and our software should reflect that same lack of sentiment. You will have the space to focus on your work and the support needed to learn how our technical choices affect the executive decisions of our clients. We prioritize actual progress over corporate formalities and value colleagues who take a humble, direct approach to solving problems.
