Key Responsibilities
Product Adoption & User Enablement
- Drive adoption of digital products through: User training, Product demonstrations, Documentation, Launch communications
- Support successful product rollout and long-term user engagement
Customer Advocacy & User Support
- Act as the voice of the user by: Understanding pain points, Gathering feedback, Supporting user success
- Respond to product/application issues with: Clarity, Empathy, Accuracy

Product Support & Documentation
- Provide day-to-day digital product support
- Troubleshoot: Application issues, Data issues, Integration issues
- Create and maintain: User guides, Technical documentation, Functional documentation, Knowledge articles
Business & Technical Collaboration
- Partner closely with: Product teams, Technical teams, Business stakeholders
- Develop strong understanding of: Product capabilities, Technical architecture, Business workflows
Product Communication & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor: User feedback, Support trends, Adoption metrics
- Help improve: User experience, Product usability, Business value delivery
✅ Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Science Education or Related discipline
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong user support / customer-facing experience
- Experience with: Product training, User enablement, Documentation, Product demonstrations
- Strong proficiency with: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience troubleshooting: Applications, Integrations, User issues
- Ability to work cross-functionally with: Product teams, Technical teams, Business users
