Job Description
Associate Frontend Developer
Braun Management is looking for an Associate Frontend Developer to help us build the digital interfaces that make complex organizational data visible and actionable for executive teams. We provide the structural clarity required for leadership groups to move past vague directions and toward concrete trade-offs, often through custom-built reporting tools.
Our firm identifies where reporting lines no longer match reality and where operational friction is slowing down strategic goals. We are currently developing a suite of custom data visualization tools for a large shipping and logistics partner in Greece to help them map internal decision-making processes more effectively. As a fully remote role, this position supports that initiative while contributing to our broader efforts to modernize how consultants and clients interact with evidence. This is a full-time, remote position that naturally integrates with our US-based core team and our international project work.
About Braun Management
Braun Management works with executive teams across German-speaking Europe and beyond to address organizational problems that internal teams have struggled to solve. We focus on the practical realities of management, from restructuring underperforming units to clarifying decision rights when committees have stalled. Our work is often unglamorous but essential. We help leadership teams navigate difficult transitions by providing an outside perspective that is unsentimental and backed by data.
Because our clients deal with complex governance and regional market dynamics, we prioritize evidence and precise written work. We are known for having the difficult conversations that boards tend to avoid. As a remote organization, we value clarity, autonomy, and the ability to find structural issues beneath the surface of everyday performance gaps. We do not provide generic advice: we provide the structural clarity required for executive teams to lead effectively.
The Role
The Associate Frontend Developer serves as a bridge between our raw organizational data and the executives who need to understand it. In this position, you will work closely with our consultants to build clean, functional, and evidence-focused web interfaces. We do not build flashy marketing sites. Instead, we build internal tools and dashboards that must be reliable, clear, and focused on helping a user make a decision. You will help translate complex organizational charts, workflow data, and financial reporting into intuitive digital layouts that reveal where friction exists within a company.
What You Will Be Doing
- Translating design wireframes into high-quality, responsive code that prioritizes readability and data clarity.
- Developing and maintaining reusable UI components for our internal reporting dashboards and client-facing evidence portals.
- Collaborating with our consulting team to understand how executives use our data, ensuring the interfaces we build solve real organizational problems.
- Refining the layout of data visualizations, such as complex organizational maps and decision-making trees, to ensure they remain clear on various screen sizes.
- Documenting technical specifications and front-end architecture to maintain a high standard of code quality across the firm.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure that our tools are maintainable and that all logic is grounded in the evidence we present.
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring a seamless user experience for non-technical leadership teams.
- Assisting with the troubleshooting and resolution of front-end bugs as they arise during active client engagements.

Working at Braun Management means choosing a culture of intellectual honesty and autonomy. We are a remote-first organization that avoids the traditional overhead of consulting firms. There are no unnecessary meetings or decorative presentations here. Instead, we focus on producing work that actually changes how organizations function. You will have the space to own your projects and the support of a team that cares deeply about getting the details right.
