Senior Email Developer (Marketing Automation & ESP Management)

We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Email Developer to join our team.

Your role at HFM:

• Manage ESP systems, including templates, automation workflows, endpoints, and testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid).
• Build and maintain dynamic, personalized email templates supporting conditional content.
• Conduct QA to ensure emails render correctly across devices and clients.
• Ensure email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spam checks).
• Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns.
• Keep a consistent and branded look.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS and responsive design skills.
• Experience with ESPs, template management, automation, and API integration.
• Knowledge of email deliverability standards and testing tools.
• Comfortable working with multi-language and multi-regulation content.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
