About The Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with expertise in React and TypeScript to join our dynamic team at GACS. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our clients’ needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of our digital products, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years and up to 6 years of professional experience working with React and TypeScript. A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals is essential. You should be familiar with standard engineering workflows such as pull requests, code reviews, and Agile methodologies. Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory to facilitate effective communication within our distributed team. The ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and take ownership of projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Development and testing of new features and general codebase maintenance

• Creating and reviewing pull requests, implementing feedback to ensure code quality
• Collaborating with other developers to implement best practices, understand data models, and integrate with APIs
• Working closely with the Product team to understand UX requirements and implement designs and prototypes accordingly
• Writing comprehensive tests and assisting with QA processes to ensure smooth feature rollout
• Contributing to project documentation and preparing notes about upcoming features for internal and external stakeholders
