Job Summary(Backend APIs / PostgreSQL / Integrations / React Modernization)
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a dedicated Omnisource team supporting and modernizing a mission-critical healthcare platform used in pharmacy environments. The role focuses on the platform's .NET backend services, business logic, PostgreSQL database layer, and integration services, while contributing to future cloud migration and SaaS readiness.
Initially, you will support vendor transition, platform stabilization, bug fixing, integration troubleshooting, and release reliability. Over time, you will help prepare the platform for cloud migration, deployment automation, observability improvements, and a SaaS-oriented architecture. The ideal candidate works effectively inside existing codebases, understands complex business logic, and thinks strategically about modernization and maintainability.
Responsibilities
Current Focus: Backend Stabilization & Platform Support
- Support and enhance .NET backend services and business logic
- Diagnose and resolve production issues across backend services, APIs, PostgreSQL databases, and integrations — including pharmacy systems, EMR systems, robotic dispensing systems, and drug database synchronization
- Participate in root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes that improve release reliability and regression discipline
- Collaborate with QA, support, and technical leadership to reduce recurring defects
- Support knowledge transfer from the outgoing vendor and document system behavior, integration flows, database dependencies, and troubleshooting procedures
- Improve logging, diagnostics, monitoring, and operational observability
- Actively participate in all stages of the SDLC
Future Focus: Modernization & Cloud Readiness
- Contribute to modernization of backend architecture and integration layers
- Support migration from desktop-heavy workflows toward web-based architecture, including React/web modernization initiatives
- Help improve authentication, multi-tenancy readiness, and cloud migration preparation
- Collaborate with technical leadership on modernization sequencing and architectural recommendations
- Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, documentation, test generation, and debugging

Requirements
- Strong experience with C# / .NET backend development
- React, TypeScript, or modern web application development
- Experience building, maintaining, or modernizing APIs and backend services
- Strong SQL and relational database experience, ideally with PostgreSQL
- Experience with complex business logic in existing production systems
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience with integration-heavy platforms or third-party system connectivity
- Strong understanding of software quality, maintainability, and release discipline
- Strong communication skills and professional-level English
- Effective working independently and as part of a distributed team
