Technical Co-Founder - AI-Powered Healthcare Support System

Are you ready to build something that genuinely matters in healthcare?

RESQUAI is an AI-powered support system for hospitals. Born from clinical research and co-designed with healthcare experts. Now entering the regulatory pathway as a SaMD under MDR.

We are an interdisciplinary founding team working on a clinical AI solution for hospital environments — at the intersection of machine learning, medical device software, and frontline clinical workflows.

The groundwork is done.

Clinical partners are engaged.

Now we need to build.

We are looking for a technical co-founder who wants to be the engineering foundation of our team

and who wants a real say in how we grow from here.

This is not a role where someone hands you a ticket. You will help shape the architecture, define the technical direction, and decide together with us how the team develops.

What you bring:

→ Experience with clinical system integration (HL7, FHIR, KIS/HIS/PDMS)

→ Understanding of regulated software environments (IEC 62304) or a clear drive to build it

→ End-to-end system thinking: from data pipelines to clinical workflows

→ English (required) · German (strong advantage)
