About The Role

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer with a strong focus on React.js to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications that serve our global customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality front-end features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate requirements into functional, visually appealing interfaces. Additionally, you will be involved in optimizing application performance, troubleshooting issues, and staying abreast of emerging web development trends and technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving platform that impacts thousands of users worldwide, all while working in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with Vanilla JavaScript fundamentals
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with React.js
• Strong understanding of React concepts such as functional components, hooks, state management, context, and lifecycle methods
• Experience with ES6+, HTML, CSS, and Redux (or similar state management libraries)
• Experience integrating REST-based third-party APIs
• Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and clarify requirements independently
• High attention to detail and strong visualization of UI/UX
• Experience with code refactoring, optimization, and peer code reviews
• Working knowledge of Webpack and Babel
• Minimum 80% marks in both 10th and 12th standard
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights to improve frontend performance
• Understanding of frontend build and deployment using Gulp
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web applications
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering concepts
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with product and engineering teams
• Experience working with asynchronous or distributed teams
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers

• Build robust and scalable web applications using React.js to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience

• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and performance tuning to maintain high code standards
