About the Role
You will be responsible for improving user experiences, increasing website conversions, creating high-quality visual assets, and collaborating with marketing and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design
Design user-friendly websites and mobile interfaces
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
Improve usability and customer experience across digital products
Ensure responsive and modern design standards
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyze landing pages and user journeys
Identify conversion bottlenecks and UX issues
Create and test improved page layouts and user experiences
Work closely with marketing teams to increase leads and sales
3. Visual Design
Design banners, ad creatives, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing assets
Maintain consistent brand identity across projects
Create visually engaging assets for digital campaigns
4. Collaboration
Work closely with developers, marketers, and project managers
Translate business goals into effective design solutions

Strong proficiency in Figma (Mandatory)
Good understanding of UI/UX principles
