About the role
We are looking for a Web Developer Intern to join our team in a full time, permanent capacity. The role exists because we believe our digital presence and internal tools should reflect the same principles of clarity and simplicity that we bring to our clients. You will spend your time building and maintaining the software that supports our consulting work. This might mean refining our website, creating internal dashboards to track project progress, or testing new ways for our remote team to share information without adding noise to our day.

What you will do

• Writing clean, functional HTML and CSS to maintain our public website and internal portals.
• Building and updating small JavaScript tools that help our team manage project notes and records.
• Collaborating with our consultants to turn their practical needs into simple digital solutions.
• Testing new features across different devices to ensure everything works exactly as it should.
• Cleaning up existing codebases to remove unnecessary features or visual clutter.
• Documenting how our web components work so that the rest of the team can understand them.
