🚨 Hiring: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

📍 Remote | Latin America Only

🌎 Supporting a Confidential U.S. Client

We’re hiring an SDET to join a fast-paced engineering team working directly with a U.S.-based client. This is a highly technical role ideal for someone with strong QA automation experience combined with a real software development background.

We want engineers who understand how applications are built — whether your experience is in back-end or front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated end-to-end tests

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams

• Contribute to BDD workflows and testing strategies

• Build scalable, maintainable test automation solutions

• Integrate and support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines

• Troubleshoot and improve testing reliability

Requirements:

✅ 4+ years of experience in software engineering and/or QA automation

✅ Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Java, or similar languages

✅ Experience with Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber/BDD, and Page Object Model

✅ Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI

✅ Strong understanding of APIs, web applications, and Agile environments

✅ Excellent English communication skills — you’ll work directly with U.S. teams daily

Nice to Have:

⭐ Experience with PHP, Laravel, and/or Vue.js

⭐ AWS or cloud experience

⭐ Docker or containerized environments

⭐ Experience with accessibility, security, or A/B testing
