Build and scale the new MSSP business unit from scratch, operating with high ambiguity to turn an initial concept into a thriving business.

At Hoxhunt, we help organizations strengthen their human layer of cybersecurity every single day. Now, we are expanding our reach by building a brand-new Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) business unit.

Your mission is to take this concept from zero to one — and eventually to scale. You will shape the product offering together with developers, build the go-to-market strategy, validate the business in the market, and create the long-term growth plan toward a multi-million-euro business.

Your Role

You are a 0-to-1 business builder who combines product thinking, commercial ownership, and technical understanding. You have built a new business, product line, partner-led model, or similarly complex B2B SaaS offering from the ground up before — and now you are excited to do it again.

As a senior individual contributor, you operate comfortably across both commercial and product domains. You understand SaaS economics deeply and know how to connect product direction, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and operational execution into a scalable business model.

You act as the critical bridge between business, product, and engineering, translating market opportunities into scalable offerings and influencing internal teams to make the business successful. You are equally comfortable discussing go-to-market strategy with partners, shaping product direction with engineers, and defining the operational foundations needed to scale a new business line.

You thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and bring strong ownership to everything you do. Most importantly, you are energized by building something new: validating demand, creating momentum, and turning early-stage ideas into meaningful revenue streams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience building a business, new product, business unit, or spin-off from scratch, with the ability to operate effectively in high ambiguity and early-stage environments. Experience within partner-led, managed service, or SaaS ecosystems is highly valued.
  • A hybrid commercial and product mindset, with a strong understanding of SaaS economics, pricing, packaging, P&L ownership, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to work closely with developers, translate business needs into product direction, and explain the “why” behind product decisions — without needing to be hands-on technical.
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams across product, engineering, support, and commercial functions around a shared vision.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starting mentality with strong ownership and a bias toward action. You are energized by building new things and comfortable operating without clear playbooks.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to move between high-level business vision and operational execution.
