Role Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer for a full-time, remote role to lead and elevate the user experience of our Web3 products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful design solutions, develop user-friendly product interfaces, and lead design thinking workshops. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, creating prototypes, and refining visual designs while ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design language and workflows for our innovative ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design to craft functional and visually compelling designs.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and problem-solving methodologies to create user-centered solutions.
• Experience in User Research and UX Research to gather insights and inform design decisions effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.

• Experience in Web3, blockchain technologies, or decentralized platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery across multiple Web3 products
• Define and evolve design systems, UX patterns, and interaction models
• Translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align design with business goals
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
