- Design and develop new backend services within a microservices architecture
- Implement scalable and maintainable functionality using Go
- Develop and maintain system components running in containerized environments
- Ensure observability, monitoring, and reliability of developed solutions
- Automate software build, testing, and deployment processes
- Participate in architectural decision-making during early stages of solution development
- Maintain high standards of code quality, readability, and long-term maintainability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Requirements:
- Senior-level experience with Go and backend development
- Strong experience building production-ready services
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience deploying applications using GitOps practices
- Experience with platform automation and infrastructure management
- Solid experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
- Experience working in Agile methodologies and greenfield projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- European Union country citizenship is required
