Role: Automation Test Lead - Quality Engineer - Automation
Location: Remote within UK (occasional travel to Birmingham/London)
Eligibility: Minimum 5 years of continuous UK residency
Work Authorization: UK Citizens only
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end test automation activities across the program
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts
- Coordinate automation activities with functional testing and quarterly regression cycles
- Manage automation tooling, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate onshore/offshore automation development teams

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience with automation frameworks and automated testing

- Strong planning, governance, and reporting capabilities
