About the Role

They’re looking for product-minded builders who thrive in high-ownership environments and want to work at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and product.

Responsibilities

• Own products end-to-end: idea → architecture → deployment → iteration
• Build AI systems and workflow products used in real-world environments
• Work directly with customers to solve complex problems
• Operate across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems
• Help shape engineering culture at an early-stage company

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of software engineering experience
• BS/MS in CS, EE, or Math from top tier university

• Experience building and shipping production-grade systems end-to-end
• Experience at a high-growth startup or building products with real users
• Experience working directly with customers is a plus

Required Skills

• Built and shipped real products, startups, or side projects
• AI-native mindset or experience building AI products
• Comfortable operating with speed, ownership, and ambiguity

Compensation Range

$150K–$220K Base + Competitive Equity + Visa Sponsorship Available
