- Electromechanical Design: Integrate mechanical parts with actuators, sensors, PCBs, and drive systems
- CAD Design: Develop precise 3D models and 2D drawings using parametric CAD tools (with GD&T)
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose root causes of electromechanical issues and drive resolution
- Prototype Development: Build and test hardware prototypes, including debugging and iterative improvements
- DFMA: Design components with scalability, manufacturability, and ease of assembly in mind
- Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation-BoMs, test reports, and assembly instructions

✅ Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of industry experience in mechatronics or robotic hardware development
- Strong parametric CAD skills (e.g. SolidWorks) and electronics design tools (e.g. Altium, KiCAD)
- Comfort assembling prototypes and integrating mechanical + electrical subsystems
- Strong problem-solving skills using tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
- Business-level proficiency in either Japanese or English, and conversational ability in the other
- Experience with AMRs or industrial electromechanical systems
- Familiarity with wireless communication, sensors, and motion components
- Proficiency in SolidWorks PDM, Altium, or similar tools
